Mark A. Finser is a pioneer in the field
of social finance. As CEO of RSF Social Finance, Mark grew
the organization from a start-up to a respected leader in
the social finance sector, with assets of over $120 million.
RSF has long been known as an innovator in the use of debt
and philanthropy to support social enterprises focused on
sustainability, and has deployed over $130 million of loans
to mission-aligned for-profit and non-profit social
enterprises. He now serves as the organization's Board
Chair. Mark has developed an expansive network within the
field of social finance, and serves on the Board of
Investors Circle, the nation's largest socially responsible
angel investor network. He is also a founding member and
board member of New Resource Bank, a lauded green bank based
in San Francisco. Additionally, Mark serves on the Board of
B Corp, an organization dedicated to advocating on behalf of
socially responsible companies.

Joe Marshall has a vast array of experience covering all
financial duties. For the last 12 years, Joe has worked
exclusively in the Natural/Organic product industry, an
industry which he is passionately dedicated. Experience
includes raising private equity monies, private debt
instruments, IPO registration and SEC compliance reporting.
Joe was CFO of Imagine Foods, the largest privately held
natural food company in the United States at the time of the
sale. Joe successfully managed the sale of Imagine Foods to
The Hain-Celestial Group of NY. Previously, Joe was CFO of
a private software company and Treasurer of a public, $200
million revenue company. Joe also has developed green real
estate projects achieving “gold LEED status”. Joe has a BS
in Accounting from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard
University.

Joe Glorfield brings 17 years of
entrepreneurial expertise to TBL Capital. Joe has led, as
chief executive, three social enterprises, and most recently
served as Vice President at RSF Social Finance, a leading
social finance organization providing unique debt products
to social mission non-profit and for-profit enterprises.
Prior to joining RSF Social Finance, Joe led two large
non-profit medical specialty year-round camps and family
centers founded by actor Paul Newman through successful
start-up efforts. Joe helped both organizations raise a
combined $55 million to build state-of-the-art, medically
safe facilities that serve thousands of children suffering
from serious illness each year. From 1997-2000, Joe
co-founded and led the nation's largest organic beer
company, Wolaver's Organic Ales. Joe has built a
considerable network in the social enterprise and social
finance space, and sits on the Board of Social Venture
Network. Joe earned both a B.S. in Finance and M.B.A. from
the University of Florida.
